Limited to 20 nonprofit leaders.  Applications close May 1.

Your leadership is your most critical resource.

You show up every day for your mission, your team, and your community. But the health of your organization is inseparable from the health of how you lead.

This 5-week cohort is designed to strengthen your capacity to lead clearly, sustainably, and with intention, especially under pressure.

Onsite Immersive Retreat

Friday, May 29 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
The Copper House | Riegelsville, PA

Set on 11 wooded acres just 90 minutes from Philadelphia and New York City, The Copper House provides a quiet setting to disconnect from daily demands and focus on leadership growth. The day begins with a shared breakfast and an outdoor activity before addressing the high-stakes stressors unique to the nonprofit sector.

The morning centers on the “Creating SPACE” framework—a practical method for expanding the pause between stimulus and response to enable more intentional decisions. These skills are immediately applied to your specific professional challenges as you identify and navigate leadership pressure points.

Following lunch, the afternoon transitions into a collaborative session for sharing nonprofit insights and successful strategies. You will practice perspective-shifting techniques designed to improve team alignment and organizational impact. The retreat concludes with a concrete habit-building plan, ensuring you leave with a system ready for immediate use in your daily work.

Virtual Impact Sessions

Wednesdays in June | 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM ET

Following the retreat, our four-part virtual series transitions mindful concepts into daily leadership effectiveness. These 75-minute weekly sessions combine guided exercises with interactive dialogue to anchor the Four Pillars of Mindful Leadership within your professional life. Each module provides a dedicated space to refine your practice and build the consistency required for long-term organizational impact. Our June sessions focus on the following core competencies:

  • June 3: Building Awareness. Cultivate the focus needed to manage high-pressure demands without reactivity.

  • June 10: Making Connections. Explore techniques to strengthen professional relationships and foster high-trust cultures.

  • June 17: Maintaining Perspective. Learn to filter external “noise” to protect your strategic vision and mental clarity.

  • June 24: Achieving Potential. Integrate these practices to scale your personal effectiveness and organizational legacy.
